This creates a permanent Player Passport Number used for trials, programmes, camps and renewals.

No code needed — foundation programmes

First Touch and Little Warriors are open to new players without a trial or a code. You receive a permanent Player Passport Number as soon as this form is submitted.
These groups are strictly age-banded: you must upload the child's birth certificate for age verification, and the place is only confirmed once the birth certificate is verified and payment succeeds.
Joining HPDS or ADS instead? Those need an onboarding code. Already hold a passport number? Use Player Renewal.
